Emma Schwartz was born in Toronto, Ontario in 1992 and raised in Nashville, TN. She received her BFA in 2014 from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and her MFA from Columbia University in 2019. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally. She lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
